SparkTank

Lots to do - not enough time!

Facilitators have many things to juggle when conducting a workshop. Prior to a workshop, facilitators coordinate logistics, people and resources. Facilitators may also manage invitations, technology and determining which activities to conduct to achieve the right outcomes.

Setting up a challenge takes less than 5 minutes.
SparkTank provides a seamless and simple process for creating ideation sessions in your workshop (Sprint module), making it simple and easy to create a challenge. You can edit and review the challenge with a client or colleague online. You can also re-use the same template for multiple challenges. SparkTank also automatically manages the flow of each step in a challenge, so all you need to do is focus on the discussion.

You can run a SparkTank session in any format

You can also run SparkTank sessions across face-to-face, hybrid or completely virtual workshops.

CLASSROOM

TEACHER

Engage students in creative thinking

Finding truly collaborative activities that can be conducted in either a virtual or face-to-face classroom setting is challenging. SparkTank provides a simple interface to teach students about the true value of collaboration without judgement. Students are able to create avatars, earn innovation points and badges, as well as build a portfolio of ideas that they can reuse.

As a teacher, you can see which students are engaging in the process and monitor those who are struggling. You are also able to chat one-on-one with students or in a group chat during a challenge.

Conferences in the new world

How should conferences be conducted post covid-19? There are many advantages to the face-to-face conference, but many are unable to travel and the world has become more flexible for those who cannot be there in person. Participants can now engage in conferences anywhere in the world without leaving the comfort of their own home. However, creating interesting and engaging sessions or workshops are much harder with the remote and isolating virtual world.

SparkTank, overcomes the obstacle of isolation with a process of neural meetings. Individuals are able to develop their own ideas and then share them in a collaborative multi-step process, that build confidence and reduces bias and prejudice. All participants including those face-to-face or online can collaborate together in a seamless and fun process.

HYBRID/ VIRTUAL

Seamlessly integrate face-to-face and virtual

Conducting meetings across both face-to-face and virtual environments can be challenging. Not only do you have to manage logistics, camera positioning, sound and presentation screens, you must also coordinate any props and artifacts for collecting data in your meeting or workshop.

SparkTank manages all of the steps in a session, so you don't need to be an expert in innovation, design thinking or in ideation to run a successful brainstorming session. The platform also collects all ideas, randomly assigns ideas to others to build on, and controls an unbiased evaluation process. At the end of your meeting all you have to do is press a button and a report with all of your data is created. If you need to use this information, it is ready to go immediately in time for your next meeting, already organised and filtered.

HACKATHONS

INNOVATORS

Make innovation fast and efficient!

Hackathons are a great way to engage a diverse group of people in coming up with new and innovative ideas. However, traditional hackathons have a fundamental flaw. Each team works in a competitive environment to develop a new idea, whilst developing momentum and creating motivation, teams are developing solutions based on a limited range of ideas.

SparkTank provides a new way to initiate and support hackathons. Rather than splitting into teams straight away, all participants generate ideas to solve the overarching problem using the SparkTank platform. At the end of the idea generation process, the best ideas are prioritised and participants can choose which ideas they want to work to develop. By using a truly collaborative idea generation process, there are more opportunities for creative connections right from the start. Power your hackathon from the start.
